| Description | For some games (localized to Russian in fact) download url is wrong.
ID = RMGR01
Game default url: art.gametdb.com/wii/cover/EN/RMGR01.png - 404. That's ok.
Russia region url: art.gametdb.com/wii/cover/RU/RMGP01.png - 404. %IDPNG% is changed internally to PAL region - letter P instead of R.

| Steps To Reproduce | Open Database tab, add filter Region=PAL-R all listed games are missing covers. |
